Darren and Amanda have a heart to reach out to the "prodigals" or should I say those believes who made genuine commitments to Jesus but for whatever reason messed up, felt ashamed and rejected by the Christian community, causing them to walk away from the church.
Their empathy is based on their own experience. After many years in successful ministry, Darren found himself going through a separation and eventual divorce. During this time he developed a relationship with Amanda who was going through a similar journey.
As they struggled through this painful time they both made mistakes creating judgmental attitudes from Christians and rejection from the church, yet God in His grace continued to chase after them.
As they walked through a time of brokenness and repentance they discovered God's love like never before, bringing healing and full restoration.
It's this revelation of grace that moves them to reach out to other people who have made mistakes and left the church. As they have received God's grace, they want to extend God's grace to you.

Pastor Darren and Amanda Farmer have a passion to help other churches create a safe environment where "prodigals" can be restored. The process of restoration is not always easy but the results have an eternal reward. We are willing to work with you, your leaders and the church in helping create a God centered place of restoration
